I've just bought this via Scooter Lab UK. The cheapest place to buy & quick delivery. An excellent spanners guide and some nice insights to some of the history of our beloved Lambretta's.

I bought the Dual Sport last year for a 1200 mile round trip to the Euro Lambretta Rally in Germany and not looked back since. I have the original single saddle seats on my Series 1 and the Dual Sport version fits really well to the seat shape and transformed the seated pleasure for my buttocks. But beware over inflation! I'm not talking about the £ to € exchange rate here but too much air in your Airhawk makes it feel like jelly in your pants! And we all know how uncomfortable that can be eh kids? The trick I found was to inflate the Airhawk, then sit in the scooter and slowly release the air via the bladder valve until you achieve a 'cheeky nirvana'..... Highly recommend for Full Bore long distance riding and I shall be fitting this inflatable bladder of seated delight again for this year's exciting Euro Lambretta tour to Italy;0) Higgsy SDSC & London LC

Book arrived this morning. Thank you. I cannot put it down! This must be the best new book for UK enthusiasts since Sticky’s manual. Really nice to see material that is completely new ( to me at least) and not just a rehash of other Lambretta books. As an additional bonus the overall presentation and the quality of the illustrations is a cut above the normal soft-back book. Worth the price for the cover pictures alone! Every UK Lambretta enthusiast should get one.

I have had a Airhawk small cruiser since 2011, I had just built a series 2 scooter with a low profile ancilotti cut back seat, The seat looked great but was hard a nails due to no springs and very little padding, so i searched around and found the airhawk seat, it was expensive but decided to take the plunge and test it out, that was 2011 before heading to the euro lambretta in ireland. All i can say is that the airhawk is the outstanding best thing for anyone that does some distance riding on a scooter, i have used mine for trips to ireland /france /austria/ belgium /germany/ switzerland and many other trips over the past 6 years , so it's had some hammer and is still good as new. the key to them being better than anything else is the interconnecting air pockets that inflate or deflate with your weight as your body moves from side to side on the bends or the straights. the trick is not to over inflate them so the air has room to move, they feel funny to sit on for the first ten minutes, then you don't even notice them. since then i have lots of friends who have got them, people that do some serious mileage on the scooters, never heard a bad word about any Airhawk It will be the best money you have spent use it on a 30 mile ride out day or a 14 day euro adventure either way you will feel the benefit. mine will be used again this year on the 1900 mile 14 day Eurolambretta Italy Adventure we are doing.

The best ££ you'll ever spend if you want to repair or restore a Lambretta. I've got two copies - the greasy tatty copy in the garage and the mint copy for reference in the lounge.
